Stage 1 Discovery Meeting
The first stage involves a free, in-depth AuditIT health check of your business's IT. This is carried out in the form of a market proven fact-finding technique, which assesses your IT infrastructure against rival companies (including those of your size, industry and sector) and recommended guidelines.
Based on the results of this evaluation and analysis, we will create a practical, detailed report giving you an action plan for your business. The action plan will identify key areas for improvement and highlights potential sources of help in the Pier Services Portfolio of Products.
Stage 2 Recommendation & Proposal Meeting
It is completely at your discretion to decide whether you take up any recommendations made by us. There is no obligation to progress any further than this stage. Alternatively, if you would like to progress this further you might agree a tailored implementation project for your business. If so, we will help you select a set of products or services from the Pier Solutions portfolio.
Throughout the project Pier IT will be on hand to ensure things run smoothly.
Stage 3 Evaluation
We will arrange a follow-up meeting six to twelve months after the project to review progress. This includes another benchmarking exercise to measure and suggest potential for on-going improvement
